Overview

Project Information

Two-Way-Texting is a communication feature used by dealership service advisors/managers to text the vehicle owners for timely updates and overall customer satisfaction.

 

Previously, the texting capability of this feature was developed, but the workflow and IA were not thought-through. This feature was shoehorned into the Xtime Appointment Scheduling Platform.

The goal of this project was to create efficient text messaging and management platforms and grow this feature to be a holistic service.

My Role & Timeline

Lead Product Designer

Product & User Research, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Testing, Visual Design

Team: 2 UX Designers, 1 PM, 9 ENG
